Victoria Montané Milà holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona (UB), and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF, Barcelona), with postgraduate degrees from the UPF and the UOC.
With more than 30 years of experience in financial management, management control and process optimization. She is a specialist in the implementation of ERP and Business Intelligence systems, negotiation with financial institutions and suppliers, and development of strategies for sustainable growth.
Entrepreneur, she founded a company in the agri-food sector, and has skills in leading multidisciplinary teams and in international environments, with the ability to adapt and be results-oriented.
She also has in-depth knowledge of the field of financing and public subsidies and contributes her negotiation and management skills to the financing of companies.
